Day Three of London, England

London, England, boasts an iconic skyline dotted with landmarks that showcase its rich history and cultural diversity. Begin your exploration with a visit to the Tower of London, a historic castle on the banks of the River Thames. This UNESCO World Heritage Site has served various purposes over the centuries, from royal residence to prison, and houses the Crown Jewels, offering a captivating glimpse into British monarchy.

No visit to London is complete without experiencing the grandeur of Buckingham Palace, the official residence of the reigning monarch. Witness the Changing of the Guard ceremony, a time-honored tradition accompanied by the precision of the Household Division soldiers. Adjacent to the palace, take a leisurely stroll through St. James's Park, an oasis of greenery in the heart of the city, providing breathtaking views of iconic landmarks.

Immerse yourself in the cultural vibrancy of the British Museum, home to a vast collection spanning centuries and continents. Marvel at the Rosetta Stone, the Elgin Marbles, and countless other artifacts that narrate the tale of human civilization. London's iconic blend of history, royalty, and culture ensures an unforgettable experience for any visitor.

My personal favourite was riding the red double decker bus- very iconic! Driving over the London Bridge was perfect for views and iconic pictures. Then we headed to a look out spot to view the bridge from another angle.

This is a location that I believe you show see once in your life. Bucket list trip done!
